Villa Frape

Villa Frape is located in Vrsi, only 5 km from the royal town of Nin and 20 km from the city of Zadar. This modern beauty will attract guests who are looking for a luxurious and peaceful holiday, and who will enjoy sunbathing, swimming and relaxing together with their family or friends. Vrsi is a small tourist place that welcomes guests from all over the world with its modern and beautiful villas and its kindness. You will enjoy walks along the long pebble beaches where you can enjoy the sun, clear sea, and outdoor gym.



Villa Frape was built in a modern style of construction in 2022, offering guests 130 m2, while the total area of the property is 450 m2. It is 150 m away from the nearest sea, and the nearest beach is called Mulo. The villa is fully air-conditioned and can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, while the optimal number is 6.



In the villa, you will be comfortably accommodated in 3 bedrooms with double beds that have ensuite bathrooms with showers. There is also a living room consisting of a sofa (which serves as an extra bed for two people), a coffee table, and a TV. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table for 8 people. In the modern kitchen you can prepare delicious meals for the whole family or a group of friends.



On the outdoor terrace, you will be delighted by the heated pool of 44 m2 and 1.5 m deep. Next to it, there are 6 sun loungers on which you will soak up the warm rays of the sun, and you do not have to prepare meals only in the kitchen, because on the terrace is an electric barbecue. You can try the prepared food on the outdoor dining table, and there is also an outdoor kitchen that you can use.



Additional contents of the villa Frape are underfloor heating, washing machine and iron, and if necessary you can use the feeder and baby cot, and the villa has a separate toilet.



Villa Frape has a sea view from the living room, kitchen, dining room, and one bedroom.



The yard of the villa is fully fenced, and inside it, there are 3 private parking spaces.



Kids will be able to have fun playing football, and there are also a trampoline, slide, badminton, table tennis and swings. You can also play water polo in the pool.



Also, the bedrooms and the entrance to the courtyard of the villa are adapted for people with disabilities.



If you are a fan of sailing or windsurfing in Vrsi, you will find excellent conditions for this sport, because, during the summer months, the mistral blows every day, which is ideal for this type of activity. In the centre of Vrsi there is a field for indoor soccer and basketball. Adventurers in Vrsi can rent buggies or ride on mountain trails with expert guidance. There is also the famous sandy beach Ričine, which is suitable for the whole family, and especially for the youngest. A special attraction of this area is the nearby island of Zečevo, where the church of Our Lady of Zečevo is located, and a smaller beach. Among the historical sights you can visit the nearby old Croatian royal town of Nin, and if you want to enjoy the untouched nature and pristine wildlife, be sure to visit the mountain Velebit and Paklenica National Park.
