The Zadar hinterland is a special part of Dalmatian region. Mostly rural, it is less known than the coastal part, yet full of wonders. Visočane is one of the villages near Zadar, where the locals were mostly engaged in the agriculture. The first data about this village is mentioned to have been found in the 15th century.



Villa Nola is an ideal retreat situated in a rural area. Inside the villa you can sense the contemporary flair, while it is mostly respectful of the simple architecture of the local area. For a relaxing holiday, there are 4 cosy and luxurious bedrooms with a view of the garden. The rural scenery and soothing country sounds are offered through balcony doors of the bedroom. There are four double beds, and two of them can be separated. There are 4 bathrooms with golden details, with a shower. Guests have at their disposal 1 separate toilet as well. Sophisticated kitchen, which is separated elegantly with a black wall with wooden logs, enables cooking to be both private and a group activity. Next to the kitchen, with a lot of light getting in, dining area and the living room are rich with inspiring pieces of furniture and designer lights. The living room will be a favourite place to gather. Having both cooling and heating system built in, this villa is perfect place during all seasons.



Th property is generously proportioned with the size of 5900m2, and a huge pool and 8 sunbeds next to the pool. An outdoor whirlpool is also available. Extra amenity is children’s playground, for the children to get most of their holidays. The outside barbecue will turn the meal preparation into one of the group activities. Groups of friends will easily find something to amuse themselves. Pets will have a great time running around with all this extra space. Guests can use all the 6 parking spaces, belonging to the villa.

Also, city bustle is waiting for you in Zadar, historical city offering various events, especially during the summer season. Take your time to take in the surroundings.
