Located in the immediate vicinity of the well-known Falkensteiner holiday resort, the fully air-conditioned Villa Camelia offers over 150 m2 of living space for 8 people.



On the ground floor there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a light-flooded dining room, a living room that is perfect for an afternoon break and offers access to the garden, as well as a separate toilet. The elegant interior is decorated in shades of black, brown and royal blue, creating a special and relaxing atmosphere that you are sure to enjoy.



Upstairs there are three airy bedrooms furnished with double beds. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a balcony with spectacular views of the Zadar archipelago. One bedroom also has its own balcony. There are also two bathrooms at your disposal, completing the story of Villa Camelia with elegance, style and comfort.



In the outdoor area of the villa, surrounded by sun loungers and garden furniture, there is a beautiful swimming pool where you can enjoy a refreshing swim every day in complete privacy. Directly in front of the villa is a pebble beach for those who prefer to swim in the sea.



Please note that this house does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property is one that consists of individuals aged 30 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or stag party as your booking will be refused after booking, which may be on arrival at the property or during your stay, and you will not receive a refund.
