Villa Pinia is a luxurious villa located in the immediate vicinity of the sea in the idyllic Vela Luka on the western part of the island of Korčula. Villa Pinia offers its guests the opportunity to swim in the crystal clear sea whenever they want, because the beach is only a few steps away from the villa. It is perfect for all those who want to experience peace and relaxation in the ambience of the Dalmatian coast with the chirping of birds, the smell of pine and Mediterranean herbs. In front of Villa Pinia is the sister villa Eleganza. Villas can be rented as separate units or as a complex of two villas that will be ideal for larger groups of guests.

The interior has a simple and elegant design, modern and carefully selected, paying attention to every detail, so that the guests feel as comfortable as possible. All three rooms have a double bed (1x160x200) and (2x180x200) and a balcony with an enchanting view. One of the rooms has access to a terrace with a swimming pool. The pleasant and warm atmosphere in the modern kitchen will encourage those on holiday to cook something to their liking.

On the ground floor there is a modern equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family and friends, and you will try them in the dining room at the dining table. In the living room, you will relax on a nice sofa watching TV, your favourite series or movies.

The outdoor terrace represents real luxury thanks to the view of the sparkling sea, the pool of 24 m2 and 1.5 metres deep. Next to the overflow pool there are 6 deckchairs for sunbathing, where you will have the opportunity to rest in peace and quiet. The wonderful terrace with the pool is a place you will surely adore. On the terrace you can make a barbecue for your company, and after lunch you can rest on the deckchairs by the pool and drink your favourite drink.

Those who want to bring pets with them on holiday will be able to do so because the villa is pet friendly. A maximum of two dogs can stay in the villa (€10 per dog per day).

The courtyard of the villa is partially fenced and offers 2 private parking spaces. Also, there is a charger for electric cars.

The houses have green roofs with Mediterranean plants. Some of the plants on green roofs are olive, lavender, mimosa, bougainvillea.
