Villa South

Modern Villa South is in the tourist town of Zaton, an ideal place for a holiday with family and friends. It is only 600 m away from the sandy beach and is an excellent starting point for excursions and getting to know this part of beautiful Dalmatia.

The newly built villa covers 220 m2 and can accommodate 6 to a maximum of 8 people. On the first floor of the house there are 3 airy bedrooms equipped with double beds, walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathrooms with showers. Two people have sofa beds at their disposal. On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, a living room with Smart and satellite television, a storage room and a toilet. Minimalism and clean lines are also characteristic of the exterior of the villa, which offers plenty of places to relax and rest. Under the covered terrace, you can dine on deliciously prepared dishes from the grill, and the garden is dominated by a heated swimming pool of 32 m2. Next to the swimming pool there is also an outdoor Jacuzzi for complete relaxation and enjoyment. The completely fenced plot of 627 m2 has 2 parking spaces.

If you want to be close to restaurants, shops and the sea, Zaton is a great place for you and will win you over with its rich tourist offer. Another advantage of this place is that it is located near the city of Zadar, Plitvice Lakes, Krka waterfalls, Kornati National Park and beautiful islands and beaches that will enhance your holiday. The beautiful historic town of Nin is located only 4 km from Zaton and offers a wide gastronomic offer and the opportunity to get to know the rich Croatian cultural heritage. Visit the salt museum, the archaeological museum or the "smallest cathedral in the world", the church of St. Crisis. Adventurers will be delighted by windsurfing, kitesurfing and SUP in the sandy Nin lagoon.

Please note this property will only accept youth groups or stag/hen parties subject to payment of a refundable security deposit. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 30 or under. If you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, you will be asked to pay the security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused by you to the property during your stay will be deducted from the security deposit before being returned to you.

This property may allow pets at the owner's discretion, or for a fee.
