Villa Muralis

Luxury Villa Muralis is located in Nin, small and fairy-tale town on the Dalmatian coast. Beautiful villa built in a rustic style offers complete peace and relaxation in an isolated position just a few kilometres away from the sea.



The villa offers accommodation for a maximum of eight people. Three luxuriously equipped and air-conditioned rooms have double beds, and there is an extra sofa bed in the living room. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor of the villa and one is located on the ground floor. Ensuite bathrooms with shower are fully equipped with all necessary facilities such as hair dryers and the like. A washing machine and iron are also available.



The ground floor of the villa has a spacious and bright living room, kitchen and dining room, pantry and a large, covered terrace with a beautiful, heated pool measuring 3.75 x 9 m large and of 1.5 m deep. Around the villa there are six deck chairs where you can enjoy summer afternoons.



An outdoor charcoal grill and an outdoor dining table are at your disposal in the fully fenced yard. There are also four parking spaces within the yard.



Nin and its surroundings offer many benefits for outdoor activities, such as water sports, hiking, biking, etc. Nin is specific for its numerous sandy beaches that stretch to a total of 8000 m. There is one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Croatia and beyond named Queen's Beach.



This historic town is also known as the first Croatian royal city, and despite its below-average size, the status of a city owns due to its historical significance. In Nin there are numerous cultural and historical monuments that testify to the centuries-old longevity of this city.



Do not miss to visit the church of St. Cross (Sv. Križ). It is the smallest cathedral in the world built in the 9th century. It is also one of the most valuable monuments of Old Croatian church architecture. The particularity of this church lies in its construction, designed as a sundial during the summer solstice, when the sun's rays fall directly through the windows of the church into its centre.



In Nin is located the Baptistery of Prince Višeslav, a six-sided baptistery that was also built in the pre-Romanesque period - it is one of the oldest monuments to the baptism of Croats.



Next to Nin is the urban centre, the city of Zadar, which, just like Nin, is rich in cultural and historical monuments from three periods of history - Illyrian, Roman and medieval. This historic city is known not only for its many historic monuments, but also for modern installations that today become symbols of this city - Greeting to the Sun and the Sea Organ - sites that you should not miss when you visit Zadar.
