On the ground floor of the villa there is a modern kitchen with everything you will need during your stay. On the same floor there is a bedroom with a bathroom and a separate WC for all guests. Upstairs there are three beautiful bedrooms, two of which have a separate shared bathroom and one bedroom has its own bathroom. Pleasure is guaranteed in this villa. With 612 square metres of outdoor space, you can relax and socialise with the rest of your group. Soak up the sun and take a refreshing dip in the large 35 square metre pool. Thanks to the equipped summer kitchen with barbecue, you can also prepare the best meals by the pool. During your stay in this fully enclosed villa, you won't have to worry about your means of transport as there are two parking spaces inside the courtyard and two outside of it. Among the entertaining facilities this villa can offer you are a slide, swings and a playroom for children, while adult guests can have fun playing table football. Privlaka is a place known as an oasis with sandy bays and an ideal holiday destination for the whole family. It is also known as a place with a long fishing tradition. Privlaka is only a few minutes' drive from the oldest Croatian royal town of Nin, which is visited by thousands of guests from all over the world every year.
