The romantic fishing and seaside resort with healthy North Sea air is ideal for a holiday with children. The beach is shallow and well supervised. There is a large pirate playground, the Willi Wal indoor play hall and, of course, the seal centre. There are also many cycling and hiking trails to discover the North Sea coast at your leisure. Friedrichskoog is also a great starting point for mudflat hikes or day trips to all the highlights along the coast, or excursions to the islands and Halligen.
