The luxury villa San Bartolo is located in the village of the same name in the heart of Istria, near the fairytale historic town of Motovun on a hill. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor there is another bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. On the second floor there is the third bedroom and a bathroom. A washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an iron and ironing board are at your disposal. On the spacious plot of 700 m2 you can relax and refresh yourself in an infinity pool of 40 m2, drink first-class Istrian wine on sun loungers around the pool, enjoy the sunset or prepare delicious delicacies on the outdoor charcoal grill. There are two parking spaces in the courtyard of the villa. The excellent location of Villa San Bartolo allows you to experience all the charms of Istria, which is not in vain given the adjective magical. The inner part consists of medieval towns that offer a handful of cultural and music festivals, including Motovun, Gronjan, Vinjan and the smallest town in the world Hum.
