Just 25 meters from the sea, the property offers direct access to the beach, allowing guests to immerse themselves in the crystal-clear waters and relax on the shore whenever they wish. The exterior of the house is equally impressive, with a porch to enjoy facing the lush and well-maintained garden that invites guests to appreciate the natural beauty surrounding the property. Additionally, a private pool offers the opportunity to cool off and swim in a private and luxurious setting.

Inside, the house has air conditioning in the living room and in the distributor of the rooms (hot and cold air pump). A fully equipped kitchen, a lounge for relaxing while watching TV or reading a good book, and several dining tables. Three complete bathrooms, all equipped with showers, are available. One of the bathrooms even features a bathtub, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration under the warm sun or a day of sports at the Golf Course located just 2 km away. All rooms have ceiling fans to ensure your stay is as pleasant as possible.
