The bedroom includes a king-size bed and a wardrobe and a large 50" cable TV.

The bathroom in the room is spacious and modern with white quartz countertops, two washbasins and a double bathtub with a waterfall shower with a panoramic view of the lake.

A washer-dryer completes the bathroom.

The architectural features of the village, its old-fashioned alleys, the enchanting romantic views of the centre and the residential area, the extraordinary pieces of ancient art amidst the natural beauty crown Morcote:

The centre with its 11 restaurants and bars can be reached on foot in a few minutes; you will certainly find your favourite!

Surrounded by trees in the residential area the incomparable energy of the silent nature will restore your body You will feel recharged and renewed by new energy at the end of your stay.
The sun will invade the residence from morning to evening even on the most fragile winter days.
In summer, a swim in the lake every morning will regenerate your body for the whole day.
