Fondachello/Santanna is a classic seaside village, very popular in summer with both local and foreign tourists. All the necessary services are within short distance. The beach offers both equipped areas and free areas. The location is strategic as it is possible to quickly reach all the interesting and tourist sites of Eastern Sicily. During the summer months it is possible to participate in the various parties and festivals organized in the neighboring villages. Saturday is the day of the local market, typical of the area, where it is possible to buy clothes, culinary specialties and much more at low prices.

The very bright and new building has an excellent southern exposure with a view of the sea and Etna Volcano. It is located on the Fondachello seafront about 5 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor. (There are no lifts). By accessing through an armored door you enter in the living room/kitchen which is complete with all the necessary equipment. It is equipped with air conditioning (heat pump) in the 2 bedrooms and a ceiling fan in the living room kitchen. The apartment is a veranda closed on three sides by sliding glass doors (double glazing) which leads to the 20 square meter terrace which overlooks the beach directly.

The terrace is equipped with a hydromassage tub, table with chairs, sun chairs and umbrella where it is possible to spend unforgettable moments such as the suggestive sunrise over the sea. On request it is also possible to have a barbeque to make the most of your outdoor dinners
