The cozy apartment is absolutely quiet, right in the mountains, directly on the ski slopes, with direct access to the slopes of the Ski.
The apartment is sophisticated and cozy furnishings; large living-dining area with various areas for community activities and to rest and relax, with fireplace and deck Bank.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Lage

Gemütlichkeit mit wunderschönem Ausblick

Wir waren über Silvester in der Ferienwohnung Julia und sind begeistert! Christine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und die Kommunikation war problemlos und zuverlässig! Mit dem Kaffee in der Hand den Sonnenaufgang am wilden Kaiser zu bewundern war sehr besonders. Die Wohnung ist wunderbar geeignet für 8 Personen, mit großzügigen Schlafzimmern und 2 Bädern, sowie einem gemütlichen Wohnzimmer mit Kachelofen. Für etwas geübtere SkifahrerInnen ist die Abfahrt bis zum Haus möglich, wir sind morgens allerdings lieber die 5 Minuten zur Gondel gefahren. Das Parken ist dort kostenlos und unkompliziert. Das Skigebiet ist herrlich und insbesondere für Anfänger geeignet und der Ort gemütlich und gepflegt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Prachtig verblijf, een aanrader!

Het huis is comfortabel, gezellig en schoon. Een warm welkom! Het huis ligt in een wijkje boven het dorp, rustig en naast de piste. Tip, neem zelf wat extra handdoeken mee.

Ellmau ligt te laag om half maart nog goede sneeuw te verwachten. Het huis is fijn, maar de keuken wat klein.

Die Wohnung genau so schön wie beschrieben. Alles vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Sehr geräumig, tolle Bäder. Es fehlte an nichts! Würden wir immer wieder buchen.

Wir haben eine schöne Woche erlebt. Empfang war sehr freundlich, offen und herzlich. Wohnung in schöner, ruhiger Lage mit Garten und Grillmöglichkeit.

Prima locatie voor de geoefende skiër, direct aan de pistes!

We waren met 6 volwassenen en een kindje van 1,5 jaar. Het huis ligt op een prima locatie en is voorzien van alle benodigdheden die je nodig hebt voor een heerlijke vakantie. De eigenaar was gastvrij en staat klaar om vragen te beantwoorden. De kamer is gezellig en ruim ingericht. Het is fijn dat er 2 badkamers zijn en een is voorzien van een bad..(heerlijke na een dagje skiën) De bedden waren prima .. helaas rook één slaapkamer naar rook en aangezien wij geen rokers zijn was dit onaangenaam. Verder voldeed de accommodatie aan onze verwachtingen...een aanrader..

Schöner Kurzurlaub

Sehr gemütlicher Wohnbereich mit toller Ofenbank und großem Esstisch im Erker. Ausreichend Platz für 3 Paare und 3 Kinder. Sehr großzügige Bäder. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Great visit

Lovely setting with well appointed rooms and 2 lovely bathrooms. Full disclosure lacking as we were faced with additional charges for cleaning and taxes when we arrived that were totally not expected. Also the address was not easy to find even with GPS Host was there to meet us on arrival and explained details of property that was really helpful. All in all a really lovely place to stay

Sehr entspannter Urlaub

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage. Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter Charly sehr nett und entgegenkommend. Wir konnten den Urlaub sehr genießen und kommen bestimmt wieder.

Schöner Urlaub

Das Objekt ist sehr groß, die Zimmer wunderbar separat zu bewohnen, d. h. man kann sich gut zurückziehen, sollte man zu sechst oder zu acht unterwegs sein. Für Wanderer: ein paar Höhenmeter sind mit Buchung der Unterkunft bereits zurückgelegt. Für ältere Menschen oder die nicht mehr so gut zu Fuß sind: der Anstieg vom Dorfzentrum zum Haus ist steil. Wir mussten die Oma mit dem Auto befördern. Herrliche Aussicht! Würden wiederkommen

Super schöne Domiziel

Super schöne , wohnlich eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr netter, hilfsbereiter Besitzer. Betten bereits überzogen. Spülmittel, Geschirrtücher, Zewa, alles bereits vorhanden. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Tolle ruhige Lage gleich am Waldrand. Perfekt sich zu erholen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

sehr schöne und gemütliche Wohnung in toller lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich, alles was man so im Urlaub braucht ist vorhanden. Die unmittelbare Lage an der Piste schafft große Flexibilität. Nach Ellmau kommt man gut zu Fuß. Loipeneinstieg, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gondel sind in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Zudem sehr hilfsbereite und sympathische Vermieter - was will man mehr! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!
