Holiday home on a waterfront property in Alaska-like nature

This nice summer cottage is furnished for 8 people.
The former ferry cabin is located in Värmland by the Norsälven 20 km from Karlstad, 4 km from Kil.

The summer cottage is located on a large plot next to the water. The cottage is approx. 50 square meters and has a living room with wood burning stove. There is a kitchen with fridge / freezer, hob / oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. There is a hall and bathroom. There is a double bedroom. The cottage has 8 places to sleep.

The cottage has a porch along the long side of the cottage, facing the river. On the porch there is also a brick barbecue. The cottage also has a heat pump with AC. On the plot there is a barbecue house for 12 people and plenty of space to play. By the river there is a large jetty where you can fish for pikeperch etc.

On the bridge you can also grill, sunbathe and swim (in the river). At the bridge there is a boat for 6 people. With the boat you can row or go out with an electric motor along the river in an Alaska-like nature or go out and fish.

Free fishing for children and young people up to the age of 14.
During the peace period from September 15th to December 31st, fishing for salmon and trout is prohibited.

Here the sun is on throughout the day. You can also shoot air rifles, or why not go on a "mushroom walk". The cottage is also rented out to hunters (hunting grounds can be found on their own).
Here you enjoy nature with bird symphonies. You have a feeling that time has stopped.

The cottage is not rented out to youth groups.
