Finca Emblemática La Vegueta, restored and perfectly integrated in a natural volcanic environment, traditional Canarian style of the first half of the nineteenth century, offers a charming accommodation just 5km from Timanfaya National Park and only 10 minutes from the beach of Famara and 20 minutes from the beaches of Puerto del Carmen. The establishment offers tranquility, views of a spectacular rural and volcanic landscape, free WIFI and free private parking.

Finca Emblemática La Vegueta has a traditional Canarian covered porch, offers six spacious apartments overlooking a large and beautiful garden where you can relax under the shade of the spice tree or under the shelter of the walls that protect the fruit trees. The apartment Nº3 Liria has two floors, on the first floor has a living room with kitchen, sofa bed, flat screen TV, kitchen equipped with hob and microwave, upstairs has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The property can therefore accommodate 2 people.

The Finca has a barbecue area, outdoor shared pool (available from April to September), family winery where wine is made with the Malvasia volcanic grape variety, among others, emblem of the island of Lanzarote, which you can visit and where you will have the opportunity to taste our wine. You can also stroll in the privacy and tranquility that gives you this farm with private vineyard.

On the farm, you will find a friendly dog that is part of our family.

The capacity is for two people but on request can be equipped with an extra folding bed for an extra person (at extra cost).

The Finca Emblemática La Vegueta is located 20 km from Arrecife and 19 km from the airport César Manrique-Lanzarote.

Rules of the apartment Nº3 Liria:

The client is responsible for the correct declaration of the number of persons to occupy the apartment. The administration of La Finca can legally deny admission to those persons who have not been declared.

The client is obliged to take care of the furnished apartment, being responsible for any damage or loss that may occur in it. Finca Emblemática La Vegueta is not responsible for the personal belongings of the client or accompanying persons.

The client and his companions must behave in a civic manner and respect the general rules of coexistence favoring the pleasant atmosphere of serenity and tranquility of La Finca.

It is forbidden at Finca Emblemática La Vegueta:

- Smoking inside the apartments, as well as in closed areas (cellar, laundry area, etc.).
- Make noise between 22:00 hours and 9:00 hours.
- Holding parties.
- Accommodate a greater number of people than those declared in the reservation.
- Accommodate animals. Pets are not allowed on the property. If a guest is bringing a service animal for a person with a disability, they must notify the property in advance of their arrival.
