Spacious Apartment near metro

My husband and I spent a week here with our daughter and had plenty of room and very easy access to the metro with a short ride to the inner city. The host was very responsive when we discovered a few items were missing (the tea kettle in the kitchen and a drying rack for the laundry), which we greatly appreciated being replaced within a day.

Not in advertised location and couldn’t access property

We arrived at the location adverised (trabor Straße) and it wasn’t anything like the description sent, there was no apartment of the description. The actual property was 2 miles away, we went there but could not access the property as described. The host was completely uncontactable. Vrbo were excellent and helped us, they arranged for a hotel instead. We then cancelled and received a full refund.

Bait & switch

The apartment is fine. The location was not where we initially booked. So completely different area. Which Ofcourse we booked restaurants near that location. I was only notified about 7 days prior to our trip. No way to rebook. The apartment toilet was smaller than an airplane toilet. The shower was in the laundry room. Small space. Across the street was a new underground station…under construction. 24 hours. 7 days a week. So my original rental was adjacent to a park. So charging me the same was not a courtesy. Bedding was very good quality. Appliances also nice. Absolutely no other items in check apartment. Toilet paper. That’s it. No paper towels .

Appartement grand et lumineux

Grand appartement, bien situé pour accéder à Vienne en 10 minutes de tram. Il manque encore quelques accessoires en cuisine. Très bon séjour.
