Welcome to this tasteful and inviting house near Lake Trams. The open-plan living concept invites you to enjoy family activities such as board games or card games with your companions in the cosy living room or at the dining table. The modern, upscale fully equipped kitchen offers you enough space to prepare your meals or brew your morning coffee and spoil your loved ones with culinary delights.
You can enter via a wide patio door and make yourself comfortable in the garden furniture or use the existing green space for exercise and play opportunities for your children. You can also relax your muscles in the communal sauna for a fee. Anglers have a preparation table outside and a drawer freezer in the shed. Your bicycles can be locked away.
Explore Jesendorf and the district of Trams, which are just a short distance from the Bay of Wismar. On your bike tours, visit the island of Poel, with its fine sandy beaches and child-friendly shallow water area for lots of bathing fun. A children's play area, a surf and kite school and a golf course as well as numerous smaller localities are located nearby and can be easily reached by car. Schwerin or Wismar can be reached quickly and, like Lübeck or Rostock, offer beautiful day trip destinations.
