There are two spacious bedrooms on the second floor of the villa. Both rooms are air-conditioned, have a double bed and a TV and each has access to a separate terrace where you can relax with a good book. There is also a bathroom on the second floor. On the second floor of the villa there is a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bed and TV. The room also has its own terrace with stunning views of the surrounding area. The room also has a sofa that can accommodate 2 more people if required. On the first floor of the villa you will find a living room with TV and fireplace, which is connected to the dining room and a fully equipped spacious kitchen. The whole area is air-conditioned. From the living room you can go out to the garden where you will find a swimming pool and sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the warm sun with a refreshing drink. Next to the house there is a terrace with a dining table where you can enjoy with family and friends the dishes you have prepared on the barbecue, which is also at your disposal. For guests looking for an active vacation, bicycles are available on request to explore the surrounding area. The property is fully fenced and has private parking for 4 cars. Crikvenica, just a few kilometers from the villa, was declared a climatic health resort more than 100 years ago due to its mild climate and pine forest. If you want to experience the hustle and bustle of the city, Rijeka, the largest city in the Kvarner region, is only 30 km away from the villa. You can visit many cultural and historical monuments there and get to know the interesting local history, culture and tradition. The largest and most famous manifestation in this area is the Rijeka Carnival, today one of the largest carnival parades in Europe and the world. In 2020 Rijeka was the European Capital of Culture. For a day trip, we recommend the island of Krk, which is connected to the mainland by a bridge and hides many cultural and historical sights as well as beautiful beaches.
