In addition to the chic living area, the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen, there is also a separate toilet and 3 comfortable bedrooms with double beds on the first floor. Two of the beautiful bedrooms have their own bathroom. Another separate modern bathroom belongs to the third bedroom. The house is fully air-conditioned, has Wi-Fi and each of the rooms has its own TV. There is a trampoline for younger guests to play sports on and a treadmill for older guests. If you want to explore the area, the beach is only 3.5 km from the villa. The beautiful towns of Icici and Opatija are also just a short drive away.
