This well located charming house is situated in the heart of the nature reserve. It is ideal for people looking for a peaceful retreat with beautiful nature and luxury accommodation. Around the house you can enjoy uninterrupted views of the surrounding valley and mountains. Complete relaxation and privacy for your ideal vacation. Hiking and cycling enthusiasts will also be very happy at this location with a variety of beautiful trails throughout the area. The house offers a fully equipped kitchen and a beautifully decorated spacious dining and living area. The open plan living room has a lovely fireplace and satellite TV. There are also two bedrooms. One double and one twin room. You can also use the sofa bed in the living room if you need extra beds. A baby crib and high chair are available. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers broadband WiFi. Outside there is a large pool and 4 high quality sun loungers, a beautifully maintained garden with some furniture and a covered dining area with a rustic fireplace for al fresco dining. There is also a rustic tavern in the basement. This villa is the last house in a small authentic village called Brest pod Uckom. It is located in a protected nature park with beautiful nature all around and uninterrupted views of the valley and the surrounding mountains. You will enjoy the peace and privacy. Also ideal for mountain biking and hiking on the many marked trails around the house. The Istrian beaches of the east coast are a short drive away as is the entire Istrian peninsula with its excellent road system. The nearest town is Rijeka.

Meine Frau, unser Hund und ich verlebten hier eine wahnsinnig schöne Woche. Es ist ein wunderbarer, geradezu paradiesischer Ort, der keine Wünsche offen lässt. Es ist an alles gedacht und vor allem alles bestens durchdacht, sowohl was das Nützliche angeht, als auch das Schöne. Der Garten ist mit sehr viel Liebe gestaltet und gepflegt, die Gastfreundschaft wird groß geschrieben und wir kommen gerne wieder. 5 ernstgemeinte Sterne!

Eine wunderschöne Villa an einem entlegenen Ort. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in malerischer Atmosphäre sucht ist hier genau richtig. Die Villa ist geräumig, gemütlich und großzügig ausgestattet. Auch sind die Gastgeber außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zusammen mit unseren 2 Hunden zu Besuch und können die Villa uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Super schöne mit sehr viel Geschmack bis ins Detail gut ausgestattete Villa mit großem gepflegtem Grundstück mitten in der Natur am Ende eines kleinen Dorf ruhig gelegen. Die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr liebenswert, überaus freundlich und jeder Zeit erreichbar, Es war alles blitzsauber und perfekt arrangiert. Vollkommene Privatsphäre ist hier gegeben. Das Wetter in dieser Zeit war auch sehr gut, der schöne beheizte Pool bis 28 Grad hier ist eine tolle Wellness Oase. Wir und unser Hund hatten uns hier wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt und können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank noch mal an Richi und Miro.

Wir sind super glücklich, dass wir Villa Marija gebucht haben. Ein großartiges Haus mit allem, was man für erholsame Ferien braucht. Auch sind die Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit, so wie ich es bis jetzt noch nicht erlebt habe: Genial!! Die Temperatur des Pools war dank dem schönen Wetter sehr angenehm von der Temperatur und wurde alle 3 bis 4 Tage kontrolliert. Der Umschwung ist riesig, äusserst abwechslungsreiche gestaltet und bietet vielen Vögel Platz und Nahrung. Für Naturfreunde ist das natürlich fantastisch. Kurz: Wir haben in Villa Marija perfekte Ferien verbringen können!!
