Two bedrooms are located on the first floor, where you will also find an entertainment room (with a pool table), a kitchen and a large living room connected to the dining room. Here you can spend quality time together. The other 5 bedrooms are located on the second floor with private bathrooms and exit to 2 large terraces that offer a peaceful view of the green surroundings. While soaking in the sun next to the pool, you will surely enjoy the green outdoor area. The garden delights with many flowers and Mediterranean plants and herbs. In the wide second part of the garden opposite the entrance of the villa there is a charming pergola, the ideal place to savor a glass of Dalmatian plavac. Relax on your vacation in Dalmatia in this old restored, authentic villa only 14 km from the sea. This delightful villa is located in the small village of Zapuzane near Benkovac and close to larger tourist towns such as Zadar (about 40 km away). This is a good starting point if you would like to admire the beautiful nature of the islands (e.g. Pasman, Ugljan, Iz). Visit nearby islands and enjoy secluded bays, crystal clear sea and the natural scent of pine trees. Only 14 km away from the villa is also Vrana Lake, known for its beautiful nature. Experience a lake right by the sea, surrounded by mountains. Here you can go hiking, cycling or on a camping trip. If you are traveling by car, it is also worth visiting Zadar and the old forum with the church of St. Donatus (from the 9th century).
