Just a quick glance at the large turquoise-coloured pool in the middle of the well-tended green garden is enough to make you feel welcome as soon as you arrive. Outside, you will find an outdoor kitchen and a covered outdoor dining area - perfect for cooking delicious meals and enjoying them together under the stars. Children are sure to spend lots of time in the outdoor area, as there is a small playground in the garden. Adults can join in the outdoor fun and let off some steam in the fitness area.



The indoor area is just as enchanting as the outdoor area. For this reason, the house was also honoured with an award thanks to its stunning design. On the stylishly furnished ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, a bright living room with direct access to the sunny terrace, a separate toilet, wellness area and a bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. The villa offers a wine fridge - sit back in the comfortable lounge and enjoy breathtaking sunsets with one of the best Istrian drinks in your hand, which you can get in the bar at a good price.

Spend a relaxing afternoon in the elegantly furnished wellness area with whirlpool and sauna, which leaves nothing to be desired. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.

In the small house next to the pool there is another bedroom with bunk beds - perfect for younger guests.

Fazana is a small coastal town with a harbour from which you can take a boat trip to one of Croatia's most beautiful national parks, Brijuni. Fazana has a large pebble beach with numerous water sports and leisure facilities. Svetvincenat is a charming, quiet place in central Istria. The village is built around some beautifully restored 14th and 16th century churches and castles. There are also several excellent restaurants and cafés, and Vodnjan has recently become one of the most important cultural centres in Istria with events taking place every weekend. Rovinj, one of the most beautiful and luxurious holiday resorts in Istria with a beautiful old town, is a pearl of architecture with its 1700 years of history. Its magnificent buildings and charming streets with small galleries, restaurants and cafés are a destination for tourists from all over the world.
