This completely renovated wellness villa is the right choice if you want to experience a relaxing holiday with family or friends with a real touch of luxury.

The spacious villa, adjacent to the forest, is situated in the Lusatian Mountains, a picturesque region located on the Czech-German border near the Bohemian Switzerland.

The villa (of nearly 300m2) offers all the ingredients for a comfortable wellness vacation and can accommodate up to 15 people. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining area, a cozy living room with O2-TV and PS5, two modernly equipped bathrooms, four bedrooms, a kids game room and, last but not least, a jacuzzi, an outdoor Canadian sauna, a swimming pool and a terrace with barbecue facilities.
One bathroom with a shower and two toilets is on the ground floor, the second bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet is on the first floor.
There is also a shower in the basement, in the wellness area.

The layout of the bedrooms is as follows: The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. The second bedroom is walk-through and is also equipped with a double bed and a bunk bed. The third bedroom (accessible via second bedroom, is equipped with a double bed. In the spacious and wood-scented attic bedroom there are two double beds and one single bed.

Treat yourself to luxury and recharge your batteries in the sauna and jacuzzi, which is available all year round.
During the summer months you can use the outdoor swimming pool, the trampoline and sit on the terrace, where you can grill the tastiest dishes with a glass of wine.
