This large luxury villa is located in a small village just 5 kilometres from Iii, a small town on the Adriatic Sea in the Kvarner Bay. The beautiful Villa Viktoria can accommodate up to 8 people. The property is ideal for a relaxing holiday for those who want to spend it in a spacious house with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea! At your disposal are 3 spacious bedrooms with air conditioning, 4 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and living room with fireplace and dining area. The villa also has an additional living room with a sofa that can be converted into a comfortable double bed. In this room there is also a small kitchen.
The sea view of the blue Adriatic from the terrace with garden furniture and dining area is even more amazing! For an even more enjoyable holiday, there is a pool and sun loungers in the large beautiful garden. Villa Viktoria has WiFi internet access, private parking for 2 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.beautiful Villa Viktoria is located in a small village only 5 km from Iii, a small tourist place on the Adriatic Sea in the Kvarner Bay and Opatija Riviera. The third largest Croatian city Rijeka is only 20 km away from the villa. Rijeka is known for its long historical and cultural heritage, numerous restaurants, cafes, clubs, bars and events. Iii is a well-known nautical centre with the ACI Marina. In the centre of the town there is a large Blue Flag beach. Here you can enjoy a wide range of sports and leisure activities in addition to swimming and sunbathing. If you want to experience even more, take a stroll along the beautiful Loungo Mare shore and experience the nightlife in the nearby town of Opatija - also known as the pearl of the Adriatic.

Wir haben die Villa Viktoria hauptsächlich wegen der schönen Bilder und dem Meerblick gebucht. Unsere Erwartungen sind noch übertroffen worden. Bei diesem Haus stimmt einfach alles. Wir waren mit zwei Familien und Hund angereist. Das Haus bot jeder Familie einen eigenen Bereich für die Schlafräume und Bäder auf zwei Ebenen . Es ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet und die Weitläufigkeit begeistert. Den genialen Meerblick kann man von nahezu allen Zimmern und der großen Terrasse genießen. Der sehr große Pool ist von außen nicht einsehbar. Für unseren Vierbeiner war das große Grundstück ein Highlight. Es ist komplett eingezäunt und mit einem elektrischen Tor ausgestattet. Für die Autos standen zwei große Garagen zur Verfügung. Der Kontakt zu Gorana, der Vermieterin war exzellent. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Fazit: wir können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werden wieder kommen.

Perfekte Größe (wir waren 3 Paare mit Kids), tolle Ausstattung der Küche und auch der anderen Räume, großer sehr gepflegter Garten mit wunderschönem Ausblick auf die Kvarner Bucht. Absolute Ruhelage in einer Sackgasse, nicht einsehbarer Garten mit Pool. Kommunikation mit Vermieterin TOP! Liebe Gorana, vielen herzlichen Dank für die wunderschöne Woche! Wir kommen gerne wieder :-)
