The total of 4 bedrooms, with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, are arranged so that two are on the ground floor and two on the first floor.

During the day, you can enjoy your private pool with a counter-current pump (perfect for a generous swim) while you gaze out over lush greenery as you are well hidden from the large and crowded tourist masses. You have your oasis of calm for the best moments of the year.

When darkness falls and the lights come on, your villa takes on a whole new guise: magical and enchanting. You prepare a delicious barbecue on the terrace while the crickets sing and nothing distracts you because you are surrounded only by your loved ones. Being in the southern part of central Istria, you are in a fantastic location to explore all the natural beauties of the interior of the peninsula, and at the same time you are only 15 km away from the first pebble beach of the coastal town of Trget.

Thanks to the good transport connections, you have the opportunity to go on daily excursions to all the important sights, such as historic Pula, beautiful Pore or romantic Rovinj, where you can satisfy your cultural, adventurous, sporting and/or gastronomic appetite. Here is just a small selection of the activities on offer: kayak tours, quad safaris, adrenaline parks, riding stables, cycling and hiking trails, various spa oases and much more.
