Trohi Home is a unique ensemble of three standalone heritage stone houses, each fully equipped and designed with your comfort in mind. Nestled within the serene Ucka Natural Park, our property offers a tranquil retreat where you can disconnect and recharge, while staying connected with our provided internet access.
Each house at Trohi Villa boasts a private living room complete with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, and a modern bathroom. Despite sharing the same essential amenities, each house exudes its own unique style and character, offering a distinct experience within the same property.
For your comfort, all spaces are air-conditioned and equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing holiday. Rest assured, each house is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

Our guests are provided with towels & bed linen upon arrival that are changed weekly for longer stays.
All the extra expenses are already included in our price: tourist tax, utilities, use of washing machine etc.

The layout of Trohi Villa is designed to balance shared moments and personal privacy. Each house enjoys its own private space, while the expansive outdoor area offers ample space for communal activities. The garden is home to a sparkling swimming pool, perfect for a refreshing dip on a warm day.
The outdoor area also features spacious covered terraces, complete with a large dining table and a kitchen with a barbecue. These spaces are ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or simply relaxing under the Istrian sky. For more intimate moments, there are several cozy sitting areas scattered throughout the property.

The name Trohi comes from Trohilici, the name of the Istrian family that lived on the property more than a century ago. A century later, our family fell in love with this Istrian stone gem and, proud of its Istrian heritage, transformed it into a contemporary home. The houses have been refurbished by local stonemasons, who followed the traditional art and style of Istrian stone building using locally sourced materials.

A local food shop is conveniently located within walking distance for all your essential needs. For a wider selection of shops, the city of Labin is just a 15-minute drive away.

Trohi Home is a serene retreat nestled in the heart of Istria, Croatia, perfectly positioned between the majestic Ucka mountain range and the stunning beaches of Rabac and Labin, offering easy access to the region's natural beauty and cultural attractions.

We would also like to make you note that the property is located close to a natural park where nature is protected and maintained. As such, it is not rare to encounter small animals around the house – these are not dangerous and are part of the natural protected ecosystem of the area.
