Richard Beitl (Schruns writer)

The Neni is known from:
Vorarlberger Nachrichten, Tiroler Nachrichten, Leben & Wohnen Holzbau Austria, Holzbaukunst Vorarlberg. A journalist from the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung (FAZ) was also on site and conducted an interview with us about the Neni.

Feeling at home
An equipped & floating carpenter's wooden kitchen made of silver fir with stainless steel worktop, dishwasher, coffee machine and wine cooler makes kitchen hearts beat faster. The cozy cozy corners with clay floor & original Montafoner table (ca. 1830) sweeten the time together.

The two separate bedrooms with large beds and original wooden floorboards & clay walls, each with a free-standing bathtub, washbasin and toilet, make your vacation a pure pleasure.

The clay floor and walls with integrated floor and wall heating provide cozy warmth and a positive room climate. The light-flooded rooms and the regional wood (silver fir) ensure a cozy feeling of well-being.

The ingenious lighting concept plays with tiny spherical elements. The lights can be dimmed naturally. There are remote-controlled vertical awnings to darken the panoramic windows.

Fast Internet and two large flat-screen TVs for plenty of fresh air. The Neni Wallbox for electric cars in the free parking lot. The ski & snowboards can be stored in the anterooms, the shoe warmers ensure warm feet (shoes 😊).

The carpenter beds made of silver fir ensure a healthy night's sleep and seem to “almost float”. The furniture is a successful mix of custom-made furniture and fine pieces that have always been there. There is a flat-screen TV, but you wouldn't really need it given the unobstructed view of the Montafon mountains from the bed. The view is fabulous.” (Article in Leben & Wohnen)

The two large terraces invite you to linger with their charming garden furniture and unobstructed views of the mountains. A large barbecue provides culinary delights in the great outdoors.
