Villa Skrila is located in the family resort of Fazana and is just a few minutes' walk from the sea. With a breathtaking view of the sunsets over the Brijuni National Park archipelago, this place will take your breath away. The brand new 3-bedroom house has a spacious garden and a refreshing pool where you can relax on one of the sun loungers. Enjoy the benefits of the barbecue area while the children play in the garden. A trampoline, swings, table tennis and badminton provide variety and fun. The fully air-conditioned interior creates a stylish space for comfort and well-being with a Mediterranean flair. The first floor villa consists of a living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. Furthermore, 3 bedrooms - two of them with double beds, one with a pull-out day bed - and 2 bathrooms with shower offer sufficient comfort for a maximum of 6 guests. Enjoy the traditional Istrian hospitality and sit down at the stone table in front of the house. This table, called skrila in Istrian dialect, is a tribute to the numerous guests who have visited the host family since the stone was manually excavated by the family's grandfather in a nearby village in 1925. Villa Skrila is located in the small fishing village of Fazana, just a few minutes walk from the beach. All the necessary facilities such as stores, cafes and restaurants are also in the immediate vicinity and everything is within walking distance. Fazana is a small, romantic and quiet place, not far from Pula. There are beautiful pebble and sandy beaches along the coast, which are ideal for families with children. A boat departs from the harbor to the only national park in Istria, the Brijuni National Park - a group of islands and islets rich in flora and fauna. Here you can enjoy nature, go cycling, play golf, hike and visit numerous museums and archaeological sites, and perhaps the most interesting attraction is the safari park with animals. The city of Pula is the largest city in Istria and is characterized by its remains from Roman times, such as the amphitheater, where numerous concerts by world stars take place in the summer. The interior of Istria attracts gourmets and nature lovers, where you can go truffle hunting and enjoy delicious traditional specialties.
