Shop, grocery, shopping centre, restaurant 100 m, sandy beach "100". Please note: car recommended. Suitable for families, suitable for seniors. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Airfield 25 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
