On-site amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (also on the terrace), a smart TV with streaming services, a dishwasher, and a fan. This property offers an outdoor area featuring a large (10x5 meters) pool, a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a trampoline and a table tennis table. The pool is cleaned twice a week. Guests will be staying in a large guesthouse building, with hosts living in the upper side area of the property. The apartment is located close to the attractive sandy beach of Moraira (platja de l’ampolla), with events, dining venues, and public transport links within a short walking distance. Moraira and the nearby area offer a wide range of activities, beautiful beaches, bays, and viewpoints. A parking space is available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available but also not very needed for the cool guest house. The property has a step-free interior. Bedlinen, towels including a beach/pool towel per person are provided.
