DESCRIPTION OF THE BUILDING AND SURROUNDINGS:

The location of the flat is a green area of Gdansk, surrounded by greenery, near the Oliwski Forest, which is 100 metres away. Here you can go in search of the qualities of the surrounding nature. In this place, at a distance of 4.3 km from the flat, there is the Gdańsk Zoological Garden, which can be easily reached by public transport. This will be a great attraction especially for the youngest ones. The distance from the flat to the University of Gdansk is only 1.7 km and can be reached by public transport. The Brzeźno Beach can be reached in only 18 minutes by car. It is a picturesque beach a little away from the hustle and bustle of the city, surrounded by forest paths. Along it stretches a long promenade with numerous restaurants and stalls where you can buy souvenirs from the Baltic Sea. Restaurants such as the Receptura Restaurant (50 m) are available near the flat. The Strzyża transport junction is 600 metres from the flat. From it you can reach, among others, the Oliwa district, the beach in Jelitkowo, Gdansk Wrzeszcz, as well as other parts of the city. The distance from the flat to the railway station and tram stops of Gdańsk Strzyża is only 600 m. There are also many bus stops nearby, the nearest one being 60 m away. This allows you to reach any part of the Tricity without any problems. A grocery shop "Lewiatan", a bakery, a delicatessen shop, as well as a post office are located in close proximity to the flat.

DESCRIPTION OF THE APARTMENT:

The flat has a warm, cosy design, in light colours, with wooden furnishings. It has an area of 45 m2 and has the capacity to accommodate 4 people. It will prove ideal as a place to stay for families with children or groups of friends wishing to admire the charms of Gdansk. The flat consists of a living room, bedroom, separate kitchen, bathroom, balcony and an additional room that can be used as a dressing room. In the living room there is a comfortable double corner sofa and a table with four chairs, thanks to which all guests will be able to have meals together. In the evening you can have a nice time on the comfortable sofa watching your favourite TV programmes. The sofa easily unfolds into a large double bed. The bedroom is equipped with a double sofa bed and a desk with a chair, so that our guests can take care of their business duties. Free WIFI access is provided in the flat, as well as other amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, tea making facilities and coffee maker. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the necessary items for preparing meals. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and free bath amenities. The balcony has garden furniture that is sure to make admiring the beautiful views more enjoyable.
