Welcome to this beautiful home, whose common areas and outdoor spaces face the sea, giving you a fantastic view no matter what you are doing. The homely decor creates a great feel-good atmosphere, making it easy for you to make the house your second home.
Enjoy fascinating sunsets on the terrace while your children play table tennis on the property. Swimming fun in the pool overlooking the sea is also guaranteed and offers you an additional perfect setting for sunbathing.
The nearby Fort de Bertheaume offers a magnificent view of the roadstead of Brest, from where you can explore the islands of Molenes and Ouessant by boat. Hiking enthusiasts will be delighted by the diversity of flora and fauna, discover a unique historical heritage and be amazed by the coastal path. Plougonvelin has a night market that takes place every Monday in summer, where you can find a treasure or two next to the town!
