Apartments Milena, each for 4 persons, are situated in one half of a semi-detached house until, in the second half live the owners.
The house was built in 2009 and the apartments are renovated in 2016. Apartments Milena are situated in a small village Perci located 10 km from Porec and 5,5 km from the nearest beach. On its own property of 1000 sqm, guests have on their disposal a shared terrace with barbecue and private parking for 4 cars. At guests` disposal there is also a children playground near the apartment.
The apartment Milena 2 with a total living area of 42 sqm is located on the first floor of the house and consists of living area with access to the balcony, dining table, smaller kitchen, two double bedrooms that are sharing one balcony, shower/toilet.

Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
