In the spacious garden, guests have a prefabricated swimming pool, seating, barbecue, sun loungers, children's playground and several parking spaces at their disposal. Labin is only 2 km away, while Rabac is about 6 km away.

Villa Veronica consists of 2 residential units that are rented out exclusively as a whole.
On the ground floor there is an apartment with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and another bathroom.
On the first floor there is an apartment with a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with a balcony and another bathroom. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
