Villa Ciano is beautiful ground floor villa with swimming pool situated on the edge of picturesque town Visnjan.
In the village itself there is all that is needed for a comfortable holiday - grocery shop, bakery, pizzeria, ATM etc…
Thanks to its elevated position, nice panoramic sea view extends from the property that is completely fenced with high hedge, as well as from the 50 sqm swimming pool. Property is situated near the road that leads toward village centre, with moderate traffic intensity.

Holiday home in Visnjan with total living area of 135 sqm and capacity for 6-8 guests. It consists of kitchen with dining room, airconditioned living room with gallery where two extra guests can be accommodate for sleeping on one sofa bed, three double bed bedrooms, two shower/toilet, one bath/toilet and two covered terraces of which one with table and chairs for outdoor dining and an outdoor kitchen.
NOTE: Only small dogs are allowed Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Sehr schönes gepflegtes Haus und nette Besitzer! Wir wurden freundlich, persönlich empfangen und auch während des Urlaubs nett betreut. Die Besitzer wohnen in Italien, haben sich aber trotzdem, durch eine Freundin, die sehr gut deutsch sprach, nach unserem Befinden erkundigt und nachfragen lassen, ob der der Pool gereinigt werden soll. Ansonsten können wir nur sagen, das wir uns sehr wohlgefühlt haben und zwei schöne Wochen dort verbracht haben. Abschließend möchten wir nur noch erwähnen, das die drei Restaurants, bzw. Konobas nur zu empfehlen sind. Auch der Metzger im Ort ist echt toll! Die kleinen Läden runden alles ab.
