A well-equipped shop with ATM and fast food is about 1 km away, and there is a shopping centre also close to the holiday home. The nearest restaurant and the beach with sports facilities are about 2 km away. Other attractive facilities, amusement park Aquacolors Poreč and a go-kart track, are 6 km and 7 km away.
The house is situated on an enclosed property with swimming pool of 50 sqm, outdoor whirlpool, Finnish sauna, covered terrace of 45 sqm with sitting set and barbecue fireplace, two parking spaces. The discreet house owner lives in the other half of the house.
The max temperature of the heated pool is 26 °C.

House of 147 sqm on two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining room and living room, a bedroom with shower/toilet and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
