Optik gut - Technik Katastrophe
Der Aufenthalt war sehr enttäuschend. Es wurden mehrere Zugesicherte Eigenschaften nicht eingehalte. Kein WLAN, Kein TV, Sauna nicht heiß geworden da Tür nicht richtig schließt, Dusche kalt. Wir hatten einen Fernsehtechniker / Elektriker im Haus zur Einrichtung des TV - Fehlanzeige. Ich zitiere den Elektriker: Das Haus ist optisch schön, aber alles andere, vor allem die Haustechnik, ist eine Katastrophe. Wir können von Haus 16 nur dringend abraten. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit, für diesen Verhau einen solchen Preis aufzurufen. Hier wäre ein Nachlass des Mietpreises allein des Anstands wegen geboten. Und was bitte schön kostet bei einer Endreinigung 200 EUR ? Wucher - Finger weg von diesem Haus und dieser Agentur.
