Casa Cittar is over a hundred years old stone house situated on two floors and located only 20 meters from the beach in Spadici, one of the most beautiful residential neighbourhoods of Porec.
The house was built in the late 19th century, renovated a few years ago in authentic style and equipped with rustic and antique furniture, partly providing its guests a unique experience of staying in a traditional Istrian stone house combined with the comfort of a modern holiday house. Casa Cittar has three terraces equipped with table and chairs and situated on each side of the house, one of which has a barbecue. Public parking is provided near the house.

The apartment for 5 has a total area of 80 sqm with an attractively equipped living room with fireplace and satellite TV, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. On the first floor (attic – with air conditioning in the hall) there are two double bedrooms with sea views, one single bedroom and a shower/toilet.
The owner of the house does not live on the property. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival. Any sums required to repair damage caused to the property by you will be deducted from the security deposit.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed.

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus mit gutem Zugang, nur über die Straße, zum Meer. Strasse ist gut befahren, dadurch auf der vorderen Terrasse nicht ganz so ruhig. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter, jede Woche neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher.Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Treppenlaufen sollte aber kein Problem sein.

Dieses süsse, kleine Haus war für uns echt perfekt, wir fühlten uns pudelwohl. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, ob im Vorgarten oder in dem wunderbaren Hof und natürlich im Haus. Abends roch der Kanal etwas, aber mit Duftkerzen auch kein Problem. Der Abfluss in den Bädern könnte vielleicht etwas besser sein, aber auch damit kamen wir gut zurecht. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Waschmaschine wurde auch genutzt und funktionierte top. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder in dieses urige Häuschen, danke für diesen schönen Urlaub.

Das Haus sehr sauber, hatten noch nie so eine saubere . Touristeninfo und Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jederzeit wieder würde ich da Urlaub machen…. Ein winziger Punkt stört, da können die beiden Parteien aber nichts dazu,. Die Straße vor dem Haus wird nachts , teilweise, als eine Rennstrecke genutzt( laut) . Gerade wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft, weil man keine Klimaanlage nutzen möchte. Aber trotzdem 10 Sterne.

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden gemietet.
Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Hunden gemietet. Schon vor der Anreise war die Kommunikation mit der Agentur sehr gut. Die Agentur ist sehr bemüht alle Fragen zu klären und auf Wünsche einzugehen. Top! Die Wohnung befindet sich wie beschrieben direkt am Strand- der Strand befindet sich gegenüber des Grundstücktores-. Die Wohnung ist eher Altmodisch eingerichtet, aber es passt vollkommen ins Bild und man fühlt sich Wohl. Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Von der Kaffeemaschine, bis hin zum Sandwichtoaster. Die Terasse auf dem Hinterhof ist vollständig eingemauert und Sichtgeschützt, sodass man entspannt abends draußen sitzen kann. Wir hatten zwischenzeitlich ein Problem mit dem WiFi. Nach einer kurzen SMS an die Agentur kam am nächsten Morgen der Vermieter um das Problem zu beheben. Von einer Vormieterin wurde ein unangenehmer Geruch kritisiert. Diesen haben wir nicht wahrgenommen, sodass wir dazu keine Aussage treffen können. Alles in allem eine super Wohnung und wir werden es in Betracht ziehen unseren nächsten Urlaub erneut in dieser Ferienwohnung zu buchen. Vielen Dank! Familie F.
