Villa Vista Visinada is a nice Istrian stone house with swimming pool on the edge of the picturesque town Vizinada with beautiful panoramic view of the green Istrian inland and Motovun.
The holiday home was recently fully renovated and it is set up on a well-kept and enclosed property where it offers a swimming pool of 32 sqm, children swing, two covered terraces for outside dining, equipped summer kitchen with shower/toilet and several parking places.

Holiday home of 100 sqm on two air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with equipped kitchen, dining table and living room, a separate toilet. On the first floor are in total three bedrooms, one double and two single, and a shower/toilet. In the hall there are two air-condition units which cool the bedrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate.

Villa Vista, der Name ist bezeichnend für die tolle Lage und Aussicht des Ferienhauses. Der früh morgendliche Blick auf das im Nebel herausschauende Motovun ist einmalig. Die im Internet abgebildeten Bilder entsprechen absolut der Realität. Wir haben uns von Anfang an in diesem, mit allen ausgestatteten, Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Dazu von Herzen bemühte , freundliche und sehr Info bereite Gastgeber, die bei jeder Frauge und jedem Problem behilflich waren und eine Lösung fanden (z.B. bei fehlendem Medikament- Arzt - und Apothekentranssfern am frühen Abend) Die Eiladung des Gasgebers zum BBQ rundete unseren letzten Abend in gemütlicher Runde ab. Wir werden das Haus und die Gastgeber in jedem Fall nur als sehr sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

We choose the house based on the photos and all the positive feedbacks given by former visitors.
We choose the house based on the photos and all the positive feedbacks given by former visitors. After arrival, we figured out that everything is not just like promised in advertisement but even better. A beautiful object well maintained and not missing anything (and “anything” means really “anything”). The owners were always available and took care for the pool every day in an absolute discrete way with the aim to not disturb you in any way but to keep everything in order (e.g. after a thunderstorm). Thank you again for being such great hosts! I would like to close with the words of our daughter: ”I want to come back here again as soon as possible but not for just one week only… it’s better than at home!”

Wir waren vom 02.09.2023 bis 09.09.2023 Gäste in der Villa Vista in Vizinada. Schon ab dem ersten Tag fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und sympathisch. Das Haus einwandfrei gepflegt, sauber und wirklich alles liebevoll gestaltet. Unser Herzstück (abgesehen vom schönen Pool 🏊) war die Outdoor-Küche. Dort haben wir täglich gefrühstückt, Abend gegessen und den restlichen Abend verbracht. Wir haben uns von Anfang bis zum Ende des Urlaubs sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Villa Vista werden wir auf jeden Fall bestens weiterempfehlen 😊

Marvelous place with nice pool and unique outdoor kitchen. Everything is clean and lovengly prepared for the guests. We have been invited to Barbecue by the charming owners, who live next door.
