It is located in the historic centre of Portese, a hamlet of San Felice del Benaco, 5 minutes away from the port of Portese, where it is possible to access the boat service, which leads to all the resorts of Lake Garda.

The Terrace Loft is a charming and spacious studio apartment located on the first floor, with a separate entrance and a large furnished terrace and is composed as follows: open space of 45 sqm consisting of living area with dining table, sofa and kitchen, bed and adjoining bathroom, accessible through a sliding door. Through a very large sliding glass door you can access a large terrace of about 20 sqm, with a view of the central part of the village and green area, in which there is a table with chairs and equipment for relaxation.

The beautiful flat is ideal for couples wishing to enjoy the charm of our lake in complete relaxation.

The flat is available both in summer, being equipped with air conditioning, and in winter, being equipped with independent heating.
