Public car park at 700 m, public parking on the road extra. Shop 20 m, supermarket 300 m, restaurant, bus stop "Vaixada de Gomis" 400 m, underground station "Vallcarca" 500 m. Nearby attractions: Sagrada Familia 3.6 km, Parc Güell 950 m, Plaça Catalunya 4.1 km, Passeig de Grácia 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
