Key points include Kościuszki Square and artistic murals, giving the street a unique character. The Atlas Arena, hosting cultural and entertainment events, is about a 10-minute drive away. The exceptional location of the apartment provides guests with attractions, events, or meeting daily needs within a few minutes' walk. While in Łódź, the capital of Polish cinema, it's worth visiting the Museum of Cinematography (2.1 km) or the Film School on Targowa Street (2.3 km), where the country's top filmmakers studied. This unique, spacious studio is located on the first floor of the townhouse. It can accommodate up to two people, so it is perfect for couples travelling together or people on business trips. The windows overlook the most representative street in Łódź - Piotrkowska Street. The living area has a comfortable kingsize bed, on which you can happily fall asleep after a day full of sightseeing. To prepare a delicious meal, an electric cooker located in the kitchenette will certainly come in handy. A table with two chairs is also at the guests' disposal. The bathroom includes a shower with a set of free toiletries, and there is a washing machine in the kitchenette. The studio is equipped with all multimedia facilities, in addition to a high-speed WiFi connection, access to a SmartTV+ TV is also provided. No parking space is assigned to the studio.
