Very spacious air-conditioned 2 bedroom apartment in a house built in 2021. There are only 2 holiday apartments in the house. The large swimming pool 50m2 (11m x 4.5m) is available to you. The pool is cleaned using salt instead of chlorine. The apartment is in a detached house, has its own entrance and is a duplex type: the entrance is on the 1st floor. There is a large kitchen with living room, a large balcony/terrace 13m2 with an unobstructed view and a bathroom. The internal stairs lead one floor higher, where two bedrooms and the second bathroom dominate. The kitchen is fully equipped. Air conditioning and internet are free. The washing machine is available in the bathroom. The apartment also has satellite TV. There is a parking space for your car directly in front of the house.
