Inside the striking geometric structure, an array of relaxing spaces includes 6 cosy bedrooms, all with flat screen TVs, as well as carefully appointed en-suite bathrooms, and an impressive light-filled and airy spacious living area with an elegant fireplace, overlooked by an interesting gallery. The villa is perfectly designed with modern, minimalist design and offers all the comforts of modern technology such as air conditioning throughout, WiFi and an ultra modern kitchen. The huge, galleried patio doors open onto a chic paved terrace with quite a large private pool surrounded by a lawned garden, ideal for enjoying lazy afternoons in the sun. The barbecue with an al fresco dining area are the best ingredients for wonderful al fresco meals, while good facilities for your little ones, from cot and high chair to their very own playroom as well as an outdoor play area, add to the family-friendly atmosphere. By summer we will have updated photos of this beautiful villa with new details on our website.Villa Matulini is located in small village Rovinjsko selo, only 5 km away from one of the most beautiful town of Istria Rovinj. Feel the magic of the town in the narrow medieval streets and warm Mediterranean surroundings. In the main church of St Euphemia, one of the most beautiful baroque buildings in Istria, relics of the saint are kept. From the church you can enjoy a marvellous view of the open sea and the numerous islets in the distance. A visit to the Rovinj Town Museum and the town's numerous galleries will complete your cultural experience. The entire coastline, which comprises a total of twenty-two islands, is a protected nature reserve. The surrounding area offers numerous leisure activities: Cycling, horse riding, jogging... Thanks to the sea and everything it has to offer, from sailing to discovering the underwater world, Rovinj is today a destination for visitors from all over the world.

Wunderschönes Haus mit super Ausstattung. Lage ist super, kleiner Supermarkt und Restaurants nur wenige hundert Meter entfernt. Wir hatten mit 12 Personen einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Sehr nette Gastgeberin und reibungslose Kommunikation.

Traumhaus! Sehr gepflegte und wirklich luxuriöses Unterkunft. Die Besitzer sind extrem freundlich und bemüht. Zur Begrüßung hatten sie für uns eine komplette Torte, eine Wurstplatte mit Gebäck, eine kleine Flasche von ihrem selbst gemachten Olivenöl und einen Likör mitgebracht. Ivanas Schwiegermutter leerte 3mal in der Woche die Mülltonnen und brachte sogar selbst gebackene Kekse für die Kinder mit. Der Badestrand ist 10 Autominuten von entfernt und es gibt gute Restaurants und 2 Supermärkte 2-10 Gehminuten entfernt. Es gebe noch viel mehr Positives zu berichten, jedoch würde das den Rahmen sprengen. Wir waren super zufrieden und werden sicher wiederkommen.
