The outdoor area includes a fully fenced large green garden with pool and sun loungers ideal for relaxing and enjoying in the hot Croatian sun.

The garden also includes a covered terrace with a summer kitchen and charcoal barbecue. Here you can prepare delicious meals or simply enjoy unforgettable moments with family and friends. Villa Edera is one of the holiday homes in Istria that has been awarded the Eco Domus certificate. The certificate guarantees guests that they are staying in an environmentally friendly villa. The idea of the Eco Domus project is to make Istria a green region and to limit the impact of holiday homes on the environment.

The first beach is in Faana, a small coastal town with a small harbour. In Faana you have the opportunity to take a boat to one of the national parks in Croatia - Brijuni.

In Faana there is a large pebble beach with numerous water sports and activities. In Svetvinenat (3 km) there are many restaurants, cafés, wineries and shops at your disposal.

Svetvinenat is a charming quiet town in central Istria, known not only for its historical and cultural sights, but also for delicious Istrian cuisine: homemade Istrian prosciutto (prut), Istrian pasta (fui) and Mediterranean homemade specialities.

Vodnjan is a charming town with Venetian influence, which is evident in the medieval houses and narrow winding streets full of shops and cafés.

During your stay in Istria, visit the town of Pula with its Roman amphitheatre (25 km) and the beautiful town of Rovinj (20 km).
