It is close to Porec and its beaches ... Stores and restaurants are within a few minutes walk. Areas of interest include the medieval hill towns of Motovun and Groznjan and the coastal towns of Rovinj and Vrsar. A little further afield, the Brijuni Islands, the Roman amphitheater in Pula and a day trip to Venice are all recommended excursions that are available from this region.
