The rooms are spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor you will find a bedroom and a bathroom and a lounge with a pool table. The cozy living room and the well-equipped kitchen are on the second floor. Numerous details and vintage decorations add to the charm of the villa. On the second floor there are 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Both the first and the second floor have a terrace from where you can enjoy the breathtaking view of the surroundings. In a separate area there is a further bedroom and bathroom. But that's not all: the private pool and summer kitchen are at your disposal. Choose one of the lounge areas and enjoy the warm and sunny days.Villa Stancija Vigini is located in Makovci, a small village near Groznjan. Groznjan offers a spectacular view over hills covered with vineyards, villages and farmhouses, as well as over the magical Mirna valley. Groznjan is both a municipality and a beautiful medieval town.
