On the first floor of the villa there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining and living area and a separate WC. There are two comfortable bedrooms on this floor, each with a double bed, TV and en-suite bathroom. The historic town of Pula is just a short drive away. There you will find the enchanting Roman amphitheater, where you can visit many film events as well as cultural events and live concerts by world-famous artists. Along the coast of Istria you will find beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. Don't forget to visit the picturesque coastal town of Rovinj. Stroll through the romantic alleyways and sample typical local specialties in the restaurants. Medieval towns such as Motovun, Groznjan and Buzet are also within easy reach and well worth a visit.
