Moreover, the villa is perfect for those who enjoy walking or hiking, as it is connected to Novigrad by a charming road through the well-kept Istrian countryside. The villa has a total of 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people. This charming property has been furnished in a modern style but with a touch of romance. The villa has an additional room on the lower first floor (entrance via a staircase near the pool area). This separate room in the villa has an additional living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a fitness and relaxation room where you can either work out with various props, read books or have a cheerful karaoke night :) Enjoy the inviting pool surrounded by quality sun loungers or relax in the shade of the carefully manicured garden. In the evening you can dine al fresco on the covered terrace or play volleyball and badminton.

Villa Mimosa is not a party house and youth groups are not allowed! Villa Mimosa is located in Istria, a region known for its gentle shores and breathtaking nature. Explore the numerous cycling trails in the region, which run through the charming landscapes of Istria.
Novigrad is both a popular tourist town and a small fishing village with carefully preserved streets, city walls and numerous sights. Known for its exquisite cuisine and some of the best seafood restaurants in Istria, the town will undoubtedly appeal to gourmets. Here you can discover the numerous olive oil trails and taste the most valuable products of Istrian agriculture.
The town offers a wide range of sports activities, but for those who just want to relax, there are numerous beaches with cafes and cocktail bars at your disposal. Just a short drive from the villa is the Istralandia Aquapark, where fun is guaranteed.
