Villa Lara has 4 bedrooms with double beds, each with an en-suite bathroom and can therefore accommodate 8 + 2 guests. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island, a dining area with space for up to 10 people and a spacious living area with a fireplace. From here you have access to the covered terrace with adjoining garden/pool area and the cozy lounge area. The space on the first floor is perfectly rounded off by one of the bedrooms with adjoining en-suite shower room and the guest WC. You reach the upper floor via a real wood staircase and have access from the hallway to all 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and TV. Villa Lara has a beautifully landscaped garden and a very well-kept outdoor area. The approx. 900 m2 plot of the villa leaves nothing to be desired and impresses with its heated saltwater pool, the covered dining area and the brick-built outdoor barbecue.
